This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Nick Dranias Law & Policy Analysis LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information in connection with the excellencematters.ai website (the “Site”) and our sale of digital products, including but not limited to the Excellence Ethics Skill Suite, guidebooks, and related materials (collectively, “Digital Products”).
By accessing the Site or purchasing Digital Products, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you may not access the Site or purchase Digital Products.

DEFINITIONS
Section 1.01. Defined Terms. As used in this Policy:

(b) “Transaction Information” means Personal Information collected in connection with a purchase of Digital Products, including payment details and order history.

Section 4.01. Transaction Records. We retain transaction records for a minimum of seven (7) years following the date of purchase, or such longer period as may be required by applicable tax or other law.
Section 4.02. Technical Logs. Technical logs and access records are retained in accordance with security best practices, typically for a minimum of two (2) years.
Section 4.03. Account Information. If you request deletion of your account information, we will delete or anonymize your Personal Information within a reasonable timeframe, subject to our obligation to retain records required by law.

Service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which it was shared.

We may disclose your information in response to: (a) court orders, subpoenas, or other legal process; (b) requests from law enforcement or governmental authorities; (c) requirements to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our customers, or others; and (d) enforcement of our agreements.
Section 5.04. Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction involving the Company, your information may be transferred as part of such transaction. You will be notified of any such transfer.
Section 5.05. No Sale of Personal Information. We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties.

You are responsible for: (a) maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your account; (b) notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account; and (c) using secure devices and networks when accessing the Site.

Section 7.03. Deletion of Information. You may request deletion of your Personal Information, subject to our obligation to retain records required by applicable law (including tax records). We will delete or anonymize your information to the extent legally permitted upon request.
Section 7.04. Opt-Out. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you transactional communications related to your purchases.

The updated Policy will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site following any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
Section 9.03. Governing Law. This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of the Terms of Service.
Section 9.04. Severability. If any provision of this Policy is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Section 9.05. Children’s Privacy. The Site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under thirteen. If you believe we have collected information from a child under thirteen, please contact us immediately.
